A．Costs Estimate For Trade Marks Application in Hong Kong(for simple straightforward application) 香港商標注冊(ce) 申請費用（以一個(ge) 簡單的申請計算） HKD港幣

1、SEARCH 查詢（Optional 非必須的）
a)Simple Search (identical word mark only)簡單的查詢 $FREE
b) Full availability search(word mark)-comprehensive report綜合的查詢及報告 $300
*Search will be charge per logo per class* 查詢費用以每個(ge) 圖形及類別計算
c) Logo mark search-圖案查詢 $100
申請前查詢的作用是找出類似或相同並對申請有影響的已申請/注冊(ce) 的商標。
此費用包括在商標注冊(ce) 署進行商標查詢﹑分析和報告查詢結果以及提供建議。

2、FILING OF APPLICATION, ADVERTISEMENT ®ISTRATION 申請，登報及注冊(ce) 費
(for one trademark one class 以一個(ge) 商標申請一個(ge) 類別計算) $3,000
(for each additional class of the same trademark 同一商標的額外類別) $1,800

The flat fees includes disbursement, professional service fees of classifying the goods or services, preparing the relevant application form, filing the application and reporting filing particulars, reporting the allowance of publication, preparing for the publication of Government Gazette(old law)/Intellectual Property Journal (new law), official fees, reporting acceptance of registration, obtaining and forwarding the Certificate of Registration.
此費用包括協助申請人選擇申請類別﹑準備和提交申請﹑繳付官方費用以及報告申請資料﹑報告公告的許可通知﹑辦理公告事宜﹑報告獲準注冊(ce) 通知領取及寄上注冊(ce) 證書(shu) 以及繳付官方費用。
Validity: TEN (10)years 有效期為(wei) 十年。

3、MISC.(Additional Service Charges 額外服務)

a) Drafting, Amending and Filing Arguments 草擬﹑修改及申辯費用

(simple argument per case以每個(ge) 簡單的申辯計算) $3,000 -$10，000
The argument fees may be adjusted based on the complexity of the cases, separate
quotation will be issued for cases involving court proceeding.
此費用隻限於(yu) 一般申辯及會(hui) 因案件的複雜程度而有所調整。另涉及法院程序的案件會(hui) 根據個(ge) 別律師的費用而定，我方將會(hui) 預先通知。

b) Renewal 香港商標續期（for 10 years 香港商標有效期十年）
i) For one mark one class以一個(ge) 商標申請一個(ge) 類別計算)
Government fees and professional service fees 政府及專(zhuan) 業(ye) 費用 $4，000
ii) For each additional class of the same trademark
Government fees and professional service fees 政府及專(zhuan) 業(ye) 費用 $2，750

4. Time Requirement-It normally needs 6-10 months for smooth application.

5. For payment in US dollar(USD), please divide the amount by 7.7 and round up to the nearest dollar. (e.g. HKD 3000 in USD →USD (3000/7.7) =USD 390).
