                                              阿聯酋貿易自由區簡介及聯係方式

        阿聯酋包括阿布紮比、迪拜、沙迦、阿基曼、烏(wu) 姆蓋萬(wan) 、哈伊馬角和富查伊拉7個(ge) 酋長國。除阿布紮比酋長國外，其餘(yu) 6個(ge) 酋長國都設有各自的自由區。阿布紮比酋長國隻設有工業(ye) 區，沒有設自由區。目前在阿聯酋共有14個(ge) 比較活躍的貿易自由區。其中，迪拜酋長國有8個(ge) 自由區，沙迦酋長國有兩(liang) 個(ge) 自由區，其它4個(ge) 酋長國各有1個(ge) 自由區。
 設立貿易自由區的主要目的是為(wei) 了實施經濟多元化戰略，促進本國出口，增強對外開放度。

 一、自由區向投資者提供如下優(you) 惠鼓勵措施：
1、外資可100%獨資，不受阿聯酋公司法中規定的外資49%，內(nei) 資51%條款的限製。
2、外國公司享受15年免除所得稅，期滿後可再延長15年的免稅期。
3、資本和利潤可自由匯出，不受任何限製。
4、無個(ge) 人所得稅。
5、進口完全免稅。
6、貨幣可自由兌(dui) 換，不受限製。
7、無繁瑣的官僚辦事程序。
8、注冊(ce) 手續簡便，不會(hui) 產(chan) 生問題。
9、自由區內(nei) 有現代化的高效通訊設施。
10、有較好的基礎設施。
11、能源供應充足。
12、優(you) 美可人的工作環鏡。

 二、各酋長國自由區如下：
(一)迪拜酋長國
 到目前為(wei) 止，迪拜酋長國共有8個(ge) 較活躍的自由區：
1、傑拜勒.阿裏自由區　(Jebel Ali Free Zone)；
2、迪拜機埸自由區 (Dubai Airport Free Zone)；
3、迪拜網絡城　(Dubai Internet City)；
4、迪拜媒體(ti) 城　(Dubai Media City)；
5、迪拜珠寶城　(Dubai Gold and Diamond Park)；
6、迪拜汽車城　(Dubai Cars and Automotive Zone)(DUCAMZ)；
7、迪拜知識村　(Dubai Knowledge Village)；
8、迪拜五金城　(Dubai Metal & Commodities Zone)(DMCC)。
 目前迪拜酋長國尚在建的貿易自由區有10個(ge) ，它們(men) 分別是：

3、迪拜汽車配件城　(Dubai Auto Parts City)；

5、穆哈默德.本.拉希德技術園　 (Mohammad Bin Rashid Technology Park)，簡稱(技術自由區) (Technology Free Zone)；
6、迪拜矽穀　(Dubai Silicon Oasis)，簡稱(DSO)；
7、迪拜花卉中心　(Dubai Flower Center)；
8、迪拜保健城　(Dubai Health Care City)；
9、迪拜紡織城　(Dubai Textile Village)；
